From Exodus to Advent - Morris Venden

“Christ should have come many years ago. But we are still here,” Morris Venden declares. “It isn’t God’s fault that we’re still here, nor that of some leaders of our church. We are still here because of us.”

Israel failed to enter the Promised Land because of unbelief and thus condemned themselves to wander in the desert. “Modern Israel,” Venden writes, ” has failed to enter the heavenly Canaan and has been wandering in a spiritual wilderness.”
