CECILIA JENKIN (below) is a countrywoman, born and bred in Pembrokeshire, with a love of the country and its pursuits, who later founded the Greenway Welsh Cob stud.
Atter a long and busy life farming and horse breeding, she decided, in her nineties, to write about her old home, because she was so grieved by what had happened to her father’s estate.
Nothing will ever be the same again as she is the only one who remembers it as it was before the First World War.
