A Long Road Winding

For Anna and Felix Abramsky, the Nazis destroyed all they ever held dear: they killed their only child and ruined their ballet careers. But the Abramskys new-found happiness is soon threatened, as fortune plays yet another cruel trick.

Ellie – now a beautiful young woman – re-enters their lives, and Anna is forced to face her long-buried past. And Michael too learns he cannot escape his past: his wealth draws his gypsy relatives and their grasping fingers like a magnet. He, and his children, must pay a heavy price for their Romany blood.
