New Print: The Odyssey

 

There's a new print in the shop this week, and it felt like the right moment for it. With Christopher Nolan's version of The Odyssey filling cinema screens this month, Homer's original poem is having a moment all its own, so I've added it to the print collection alongside the rest of the classics.

It's the same story that's been told and retold for around three thousand years, Odysseus trying to find his way home after the Trojan War, and somehow it still holds up against anything modern. I wanted a print that captured that sense of a long journey rather than any single scene from the film, something that would sit well on a shelf whether or not you've seen it at the cinema.
