Shipment processing time
We aim to ship orders within 24 hours, however all orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or (UK) holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email
Free Shipping
All orders (within the UK only) at £15 or over will automatically have free shipping applied.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please be aware that in the event of a significantly large order, an alternate courier might be used of which you will be notified.

Shipment confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped which will contain your Royal Mail tracking number.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
“StrangeBooks” are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
