Settling into retirement in Florida, Mrs Plansky receives an unexpected phone call from her grandson with a request for ten thousand dollars; the next day, her savings have vanished and she realises she has fallen victim to a scam. With the police unable to help she takes matters into her own hands, beginning with a clue that takes her to a Romanian village.
