As children in the lawless city of Biloxi, Keith Rudy and Hugh Malco used to be close. But as they grew up their lives took very different paths.

Now the deadliest of enemies

Keith followed in the father’s footsteps and enrolled in law school, rising through the ranks to become a feared prosecutor determined to rid Biloxi of crime.

Hugh preferred the nightlife and worked in his father’s clubs, seduced by a world of money, violence and corruption. The Malco family considered itself above the law.
