Reading the classics
I am reading more of the classics and was looking for cheap reading editions. Came across strangebooks randomly and ended up buying 6 books at once. I like that the photos show the condition of the book extremely well. All arrived fast and in the condition listed in the website. Thank you!

Got what I wanted
Managed to snag a book not available elsewhere except at a ludicrous price. Well done, Strangebooks.

All books received
This is an excellent site. Every book I have ordered is in superb condition. So very reasonable I am able to afford to buy 5 books at a time. Always love to receive my order. Books are as if brand new! Wouldn’t use any other site. Thank you.

What a find!
I happened upon 'Strange Books' whilst searching for one item. I am so pleased I did. I found the item I was after and ordered 4 other books too. All arrived swiftly, well packaged and we're all as good as new, for a fraction of their original cost. As a lover of 'real books', I am overjoyed Strange Books exists. I may need to part with a few books before my next order but thank you, I'm so glad you followed your passion and enable us readers to do the same :-)

A treasure of a shop
What an incredible find! As a teacher, I always find it hard to update our class reading area and keep within a reasonable price. Often, cheap books are battered and in poor condition, but not here. Thank you so much for helping restock our classroom with exciting new books that the children had asked for! I will definitely be back again for more!

Variety of Books
Arrived quickly in great condition. Children's books I ordered were generally less than £1 and the grown-up fiction books I purchased were only a small percentage of the number of books available. I bought a sweet valley high novel. Hadn't seen them in years. They were a favourite when I was a child.
