Having a gardener who’s also a sex symbol might be a godsend for the TV bosses, but there are plenty of others who are not so happy: Bertie Lightfoot for one, the expert Rob replaced; Guy D’Arcy, another TV rival and insatiable womaniser; and most importantly Rob’s fiery girlfriend, Katherine – an investigative journalist on the local paper. As Rob becomes more and more wrapped up in his career, and she is involved in a big story for the paper, the relationship comes under strain.
